Not necessarily, and in fact generally not so. Thinner radiators typically have larger
frontal profile, which means that for the same size duct input, the pressure recovery
diffusion for the thinner radiator will cause the flow *velocity* to be *slower* than that of
the thicker radiator (assuming core volume remains constant).
But otherwise what Paul says is generally true.

Well perhaps if it were not for the additional aerodynamic drag of the thicker
core causing less air to flow through it. The volume of the core held
constant.
