This is a non issue. This also takes 10x more to explain than to do.
Zoom acad so you have a pretty picture as large as possible
hit the PRT SCR key you never ever use (next to your scroll lock key)
next open some sort of picture editing program, I use PhotoShop
If using PhotoShop it is pretty smart and when you tell it to OPEN NEW it
opens a blank picture the size of the screen capture.
Hit CTRL V or tell it to PASTE
Don't stop there
Use the selection box to select only the portion of the image you want
(PRTSCR captures the ACAD menus etc)
Hit CTRL C to copy that part
do another OPEN NEW
Paste (CTRL V) the image to the new box and save it in the preferred image
format of your choice.
In reality you can do this whole operation in maybe 30 seconds.
It is how I send ACAD 3D product renderings to my boss 500 miles away.
Before you save in PhotoShop change the image size to something managable,
like 600 pixels wide as is the enclosed picture

Not everybody has Photo Shop. As I recall it is expensive.
Is there another way?
