Carlos and Romina;
        Some views from another wifes point of view.
I really respect you both for the real love you are giving  to each
other. Remember Carlos, Romina loves you for what you are and you passion
for your plane is part of who you are!  You are very lucky that she
understands that about you. I am sure there are many guys on this list
who envy that part of your relationship. She sounds like she shares your
aviation passion, and is excited about the time when you might fly
together.
        With my group AWAM ( The Association for Women In Aviation Maintenance )
has scholarships  for both men and women and we also keep up on all the
other scholarships  there are lots out there and people don't even apply
for them. I know this is true in aviation maintenance. It is not a big
outlay of time for a good return. .  It will not pay the rent. but they
can really help with school costs.  www.awam.org

 It sounds like Romina is ready to put off the 'extra's  until  the
money comes together. You seem like you are very clear about selling the
plane. But we who love you guys, know that the plane is more than pieces
of metal, that it is your passion and dreams in solid from and that you
might lose a part of you to sell it. We don't want  your love for us to
be the cause of this.  Its like killing off a small portion of the you we
care about!.
        You are both right.     But I vote for keeping the plane;
