Bill you don't need to compress (zip) jpgs. They are already compressed.
 Extra step on my end.

 The Kis is a tight squeeze. The pressure can can be tied to the pump
 outlet tube for support. I think the five or so 8 mm water pump bolts can
 take the shear load. I agree, we don't have much space
 above the engine. Good argument for a large diameter can.

 Perhaps we will need a bump on the cowl over the pressure cap.
 With pressurized air in the top third of the  can and vent
 tubes coming from the front of the block we should be OK.

 Your engine looks a bit closer to the firewall than mine.
 I assume you are using the short cowl.

If I send more than one photo, I don't get a choice on zipping, that is done
automatically.

So AOL does that? Dumb!

I agree that the water pump bolts can carry the load, I was refering to a
large mass vibrating on the end of a tube causing fatigue.

I am using the short cowl.

What vibration? Its a rotary for goodness sakes! :-) Get used to it! :-)
The fluid will damp some of the vibration and tying it to the water pump
upper tube will make it very very stiff. 

BTW If you don't have the fluid head
above the block you will need diameter to get the necessary air
and fluid volume. The Continental is done the same way. A relatively 
large diameter pressure can is used as can be seen in this pic.
