There are two sizes: 
2 inch OD 1.6 inch ID. 
1.75 inch OD 1.4 inch ID.

The .2" wall thinness is limited by the ability of the foundry so you could
port these with a die grinder if you wanted a bit more flow area.
Also you could send them out for extrude hone which would
also polish the insides.

The last pattern part is finished and sitting in the 3D machine 
waiting for me to pick it up on Monday. Both patterns will go 
into the foundry next week.
