The cast iron end housings are about the only place you are
going to find 50 pounds. If money is no object Racing Beat sells
aluminum end housings to save the magic 50 pounds.

BTW what does torque have to do with it? Airplanes fly on HP.
With a gear box torque is anything you want it to be.

When you consider an antique aircraft engine goes for more than $20,000,
a 13B with the aluminum end housings from Racing Beat would probably
still be under $10,000. And you would have a much better engine for half

the

price.

developments. In modest defense of my 0-320, it has never missed a beat in

develop and I think it will.

As long as the O-320 is running fine I would not change it. It is a lot
of work to install a 13B.
