Has vapor lock been a problem using auto gas? Do you forsee any problems using this
engine and auto gas at high altitudes?
I am asking about torque because it does have some bearing on the overall engine/aircraft
performance as well as P-factor on take-off and other high power setting attitudes.
Thanks for the forum. The discussions have been quite entertaining and improving my understanding
of this engine.

Mike:
I'll let others answer your other questions. Vapor lock is a non-issue
when using the automotive-type high-pressure fuel-injection pumps that
return the excess fuel back to the tank. That is the system that I use
and most others flying that are using fuel injection. I suppose vapor
lock could still be a concern if you were using a carburetor and low
pressure pumps.
