if I get what you are saying correctly, you'll use the exhaust as an intake and the intake as an exhaust, right? I can see that there might be some validity to the point that the water passages might not be configured correctly to support cooling of the upper portion of the rotor housing where the combustion would take place, instead of the bottom, where it does in the conventional configuration. Only one way to be sure, though, and that's to actually do it and see.
