>From MS Word select "Save As".

Scroll down and select "Text Only".

If there are some embedded graphics scroll down and fill the screen
with the graphics and press the "Print Scrn" key on the upper
right of your keyboard.

Open MS Paint and select "Paste".
The graphic will appear in Paint.
Save the graphic from Paint as a .bmp file and attach that
along with the plain text file above. Stupid MS Paint can't
save anything as .jpg or .gif so .bmp will have to do
regardless how many meg the file .bmp is.
I can convert to jpg or gif on this end.
