Here is a shot of the back seat. I can actually fit back
there if the front seat is not pushed too far back.
I have plenty of head room. Even with my hat on. I had my
head tilted so I could see Don taking the picture.
The center arm rest folds down and communicates with the
trunk so skis can be carried.
The large central tunnel adds greatly to the torsional
stiffness of the chassis which, by the way, is excellent.
I wrote an article for Sport Car Graphic back around
the late sixties advocating this idea. Unfortunately it
took most car manufactures other than Lotus 30 years
to catch on. This is also a feature of the current
Corvette.
