normalizing
better.  It keeps the air temperature down and the rated power intact.   Not to mention the
possible problems of detonation.  It may be possible to use some of Bernouli's physics to use
the
faster incoming air and convert it to higher pressure air via changes in duct size diameters.
 Dick Gregory has suggested using an air transvector air amplifier to change high pressure air
into high volume air.  Maybe there is something to consider there.  I need to learn more about
those items now.  Now that that idea is about, some mental design iterations are necessary.
 Maybe, there is something to be said for some of each, a geared down fan connected via a gear
box
to the engine. :-)  My intial thoughts on the subject came about from my original idea of
using a
V-8 engine with its layout.  See Pauls and my pictures of the Napier Nomad motor
.  It may not be
pratical for the rotary layout.  But with all the enegery going out the tail pipe it seems
quite a
shame to not find a way to capture it.  There is also a lot of energy being given up by the
cooling system and I wanted to try and capture that as well.  I hope more ideas are
forthcoming as
this group is great at sharing them.

Pass the cooling fluid into an exhaust heat exchanger and then through
a steam turbine. Condense, cool and recycle.
