OK you can stay overnight in the apartment if you wish.
I'll let you know when we are ready. I need to design a fixture
to hold the intake runners so the injector bosses can be machined.

Paul if you set them up, I can:  blue, mark, turn handles, sweep chips,

coffee and take you to lunch....but you have to supervise me : ).  Also,

not sure yet what injectors I'm going to use.  RC's are the best but
expensive..

I just had a great idea on the machining jig. We will use the angle plate
and a couple of U clamps. If I can't find the right size we can bend them
up using all thread.

I would not be so sure RC is making them. They might be selling ND or
Bosch or worse Lucas :)

See if you can find a drawing on what RC is selling and we can match
them up with a well known brand.

I looked at their site:  http://www.rceng.com
and found out for 250 hp I need 4) 550cc injector at $95 each...ouch.  No
size info.  Looks like imports that they put their own label on.  They can
give you, big, fat, skinny or littles what ever you want.  On ebay I found a
set of 4 for about $300.

Not all injectors are physically interchangeable. I think we should choose
injectors that are plug compatible with the Nippon Denso injectors
that Mazda uses. $50 to $60 dollars each is about the right price.
