Here are my racing rules.

Driver safety equipment:
Fire extinguisher.
Fuel cells.
Kill switch.
Completely enclosed tires.
Equal space for driver and passenger.
Car must get 5 mpg in the race. 200 mile race,,, 40
gallons of fuel. Any HC fuel can be used. Fuel
quantity to be measured at 85F. No NOS.

A  standard designed roll cage made from tubing size related
to the empty weight of the car. 

For example: 

1.) 1.5 inch  dis.-.125 wall 4130 for cars under 1500 pounds 
and above 1300 pounds.

2.) 1.5 inch  dis.-.090 wall 4130 for cars under 1300 pounds and above 
1100 pounds.

3.) etc., etc..

These tubing sizes subject to change in the future based on
crash data.

One must be willing to sell ones race car to anybody that wants to buy it
for $75,000 subject to increase from years to year.
 
That's it! There are no other rules. No engines sizes. No tire
sizes. No minimum weight.
