It will disassemble easily, like a glider, to fit into a custom trailer, to
avoid hangaring.

At this point I am still working on details of the design. One of the key
elements of the prototype construction will be sharing work on the plugs and
moulds amongst a small group , so that female moulding will be available  to
the group with a much reduced work load.

Perhaps we should email privately rather than bore the list with lots of
detail
