EAA news excerpts.

February 4, 2003 - Position holders in line to purchase Eclipse 500 jets, along with
company investors, learned more about the newly configured aircraft during an
InfoSession held Friday, January 31, at Eclipse headquarters in Albuquerque, New
                 Mexico.

Payload will increase from 2,000 pounds to 2,250 pounds to account for
additional
fuel required to maintain the guaranteed range.
Price is still under $1 million ($950,000 for current non-escrow customers,
$975,000 for escrow customers). Original price was $837,500 (in June 2000
dollars). Eclipse's current order book totals 2,102 aircraft priced at less
than $1
million, and Eclipse will sell an additional 100 aircraft at this price. After
that, the
                     price increases to $1,175,000.

Raburn said aircraft certification would move into the first quarter of 2006. That?s more
than a year later-as much as 15 months-than Eclipse had originally planned.
