Thanks for the heads up, this is located in Houston and so am I. So,
what
the hell, I placed a bid.
All the best,

Paul,
Yeah, I knew you were kidding, but thanks for the clarification (esp.
since
I am still really new here). There are a couple of other bidders. I
really
dislike this uncertainty thing...such is life. If this works out, it will
be
the "cosmos" (pun intended) way of telling me I don't need the 20b <g>.
I get the felling my S/O will not be too happy tonight. She and I have
plans for a formal dinner out and a production of "My Fair Lady" for
Valentine Day. I don't think she is going to appreciate me continually
checking my watch to see the auction close.
All the best,
Chris Barber

Need y'all collective wisdom, asap, please, I am still new to this. I am in
a bidding war on this '87 13b turbo engine. Is it worth it? What would
y'all consider a "good" deal and what would you consider me throwing my
money away. It is up to $750.00. I am still considering the 20b if this
falls through. However, this 13b turbo engine is located only about 10 miles
from my home (and my Velocity project)
If the other bidder is on this list, I am tipping my hand, but I have plans
for Valentines with SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obeyed) so I can't baby sit the
bidding.....plus it is getting pretty high, relatively and I have other
options and won't need it for a while. So I gotta place my final bid and
run and just wait it out. Thoughts, comments????
As always, TIA.
All the best,
Chris Barber

If it is as good as they say it is I'd go as high as $1500.
Lots of salable parts on it.
