Jim Mederer of Racing Beat and E-class land speed record holder in a third gen
RX7 fame assured me that Mazda was listening when I suggested a
super charger for low speed squirt. Help could be on the way.

Paul,
More importantly, did they listen to your suggestion of a larger rear swaybar (or stiffer rear springs or maybe even a smaller front swaybar) to decrease the understeer???  I would love to drive one - the pictures make the car appear to be understeering and it may need a little more chassis tuning to be a little more neutral.

It does indeed under steer.
Big problem with a four passenger sports car is weight distribution and
sway bar tuning. When the back seat is loaded it probably over steers :)
I suggested a cockpit adjustable sway bar which would be a first on a 
street car. Common equipment on a race car.

BTW Csaba Cesere (Chuba Che ser ray) managing editor is a former student
of mine. I taught him all he knows about cars :)
