Thanks Tom.  Good work. I'll see if I can machine the new water pump housing to
a
smaller gap. That should pump more water at the same RPM. Or the same water
at lower RPM and HP consumption.

     Tom,

       Was that measurement with the gasket between pump and housing? I would
  guess the gasket is .030+ thick as I do not have one in front of me.

Kelly,  no I have no complete gasket at this time.  However the original gasket is still in place
kinda.
