     Hi, Ed.....I have a gauge made for measuring prop pitch made by
Warp
Drive.  It is approximately 10 inches square with a large graduated
circular
protactor gauge in the middle with a level.  I use it to set the pitch
of
the prop on my Air Command gyro. It has provisions for clamping it onto
the
prop with the attached wing nuts, and you can measure prop pitch, then
put
it on the opposite blade and repeat. It is quite accurate. You can move
it
up and down the blade, of course to obtain measurements at different
points
on the prop.  Just be sure to have it positioned an equal amount of
distance
from the prop tip on each blade, of course.  I can send it to you if you

    I'll see how it goes with my approach and if it turns out it is
impractical/imprecise, I'll take you up on your kind offer.  Right now, the
simplest approach for me is to use a "T" square and measure the X/Y
coordanants relative to the leading and trailing edge at each station
(relative to a surface parallel to the prop hub surface.  Then a little
spreadsheet magic to turn the X/Y data in to Degrees of pitch.
