        I would is .44 at best and maybe only .45 pounds per HP hour.

        Small turbo props engines run .65.

It is the same formula and table for piston engines. A good aircraft piston engine
might be as low as .42 BSFC. A turbo compound radial piston engine such as the 
R3350 TC was as low as .38 BSFC. That of course was unique and exceptional.

BTW my guess is Ian's  engine at 30 liters per hour or 31.7 quarts or 7.93 gallons
per hour and .47 BSFC is generating only about 100 HP at 10,000 feet cruise.
