Tracy does not use a steel spring clutch damper. He uses rubber bushings
that work much better.

Yep , I'm aware of that mate, but it appears from the photo that the actual
centre of Tracy's Damper is taken directly from some sort of cluthplate and
reriveted into his damper plate, which provides a ready-made splined centre
piece. I'm wondering which one to look for !?

Don Dunbar has gone a different route and uses a damper  designed for
diesels.

There are other dampers used in the commercial and Automotive worlds - my
concern is the RPM they are seeing continusually. I assume Tracy came across
the same problems.
