Tho the engine mount has a crack. One of the steel rods is
missing - first guess  - probably the steel rod failed, releasing
torsional control of one blade which likely fluttered and
excited the other blades. Revmaster reccomenfed the ground
adjustible Ivo to the builder. (the telltale metal tapes are still
