I did all the home work on 90 degree tubing bends for the intake

manifolds.

RB Wagner wants about $25 apiece for the proper OD sizes with
a .140 wall and one five inch leg which is a bit heavy.

Burns Stainless charges about $30 each and the tubing is not heat
treated afterwards. Not a good idea IMHO.

I can get it done here in LA and ship it to you for $20 each.
Plus $15 shipping UPS gnd for the lot. There will be two six inch legs.
Four inch center line radius.
The OD will be two inch with roughly  .125 wall on the
large size and 1.75 inch OD with .125 wall on the small size.
This fits the manifold and runners well. Material is 6061 T6

There is a lot of running around involved. Buy the tubing, take
it to  have it annealed, pick it up and take it to
the bender, pick it up and take it back to have it heat treated and
pick it up and ship it.

The initial batch will be about 36 sets of four.  So if you want to
get on the list send me a check for $105. When I get
close to 36 sets sold I will let people know so they can stop
sending checks until the next batch. First come first served.

Not to worry it will be two weeks before we have bends. I took the 6061 T6 tubing
to the heat treater yesterday to be normalized. Won't be done before Monday. 
I will then take them to the bender which will probably take another week. Then 
they go back to the heat treater to bring the bends back up to T6 which will probably 
take another week. 

About 15 sets are in the works and only three or four sets have been sold
so far.
