Charles, you cannot count on any stable airflow underneath a rotor.
Your torque stabilization scheme will never ever EVER work.  Similar
schemes been tried on many different prototypes.  Losing the tail rotor
would save a ton of money, noise, power, etc, and yet all single main
rotor helicopters have tail rotors.
