Chapter.  Dick is a long time EAA aircraft judge and has been engaged in the judging process for
EAA through the years.  This last year at EAA SERFI, he scheduled and conducted a forum for those
who wanted to know more about how aircraft are graded and the criteria used during the judging

Dave Richardson currently heads up EAA SERFI's aircraft judging team and is helping Dick with the
Alternative Engine project.  We appreciate his efforts also.
