Roughly two inches above the rotor housing. 7-3/4 inches above the eshaft

center

line. I think Bill Schertz measured his and he said runner length was 17

inches from

bell mouth to engine intake port. Bill, how far away from the sides
of the rotor housing is you plenum flange? Looks like only one
or two inches.

The plenum should be about 180 cubic inches minimum so if you
make it 3.5 inches high and 13 inches long it will be about
four inches wide.

The manifold is as close to the engine as possible to clear the
stock turbo. That was the big design challenge. It is much much easier
if you have all the room in the world for some huge 180 degree
tubing bends. :) You won't find a tighter or more compact set up that
takes less room in the cowl. My guess on a radius would be pretty close
to eight or nine inches.

Paul,
The plenum flange 'just' fits down over the part of the casting that has the
oil filler tube in it. When sliding it on the two studs on the manifold
side, it will just slide down over the casting and then move forward the
length of the bolts.

It almost touches the cast iron end housings (had to grind a small amount
off)

If you want lower fit, you have to use thinner wall tubing, move them closer
together so they fit over the rotor housing, and you might get them another
1/8" lower.
