What kind of plumbing do you want to use. I was thinking of equipping
them all with 1-1/2 hose barbs on the outlet and 1-3/4 hose barbs
on the inlet. What size hose fittings do you have on your rads?

What is everybody else planning on using? I know Bill Schertz
is using wiggins couplings. Should I not do anything
and leave it as cast so people can add the type of fittings
they want?

I vote for hose barbs.

I'm nowhere near needing one, but cast-on hose barbs seem logical to me.
 Hack saw & TIG for wiggins. (I'm assuming you can't cast the wiggins in
place anyway.)
