The picture shows the alluminium disc that holds the vacuum pump drive pulley.

          I believe your pump is 86-88 (17 mm shaft)(USA) and your pulley is
  from 89-91 (19mm shaft)(USA). Easy fix is pulley from early pump. IMHO
