I was just reading that a rotary producing 200 HP

will burn about 20

gph.
That would be a lot of fuel burn on takeoff for

the Moller aircar!

Yea, supposedly these rotaries are tiny in comparison
to the Mazda......they have all the info on their
website. I'm not sure about the burn rate on Mazda
turbo's, but Tracy told me during our flight that his
165HP 13B with Mikuni's was getting
~5-8GPH........Tracy, can you confirm?

YES -     You probably can fly at 5 to 8 GPH, but not while you are making
165 BHP - you can usually extract about 12 HP per GPH  and anything that
computes very far from that average is undoubtedly a Hype-dream, so
keep a firm grip on your wallet - Vance J
