Moller Industries(Moller Air Car)uses custom rotary
engines(eight of them)to power it's aircar, and other
UAV products.

Any engine can be used to power a lift fan, but if you desire very much lift
at reasonable HP and fuel
burn you will need large diameter and a speed reduction drive. Wankels
having relatively hign rpm
outlet power will typically need slightly more reduction than many other
