Do you, or anyone else, have a simple sketch of an external baggage door
that I can use for my RV7?  I'd like to have a starting point on where

to

locate it and how big I can make it.  Thanks.

I certainly wouldn't cut thru any longerons in your design.  Another idea
would be to build fiberglass ribs attached to the canopy and than cut the
canopy free.  The hinge point will want to leak I'm afraid. A door below the
main longeron would be useless I would guess, except for only a few pieces
of luggage.
