I'm glad this subject came up.....A friend of mine has a neighbor that

has a

1992 RX7 that was involved in an accident, and the insurance company

paid

the car off.  They still have it, and would like it out of their yard.

It

was suggested that it could be purchased for a few hundred dollars. If

the

engine is OK, what might it be worth?  I presently have a 1989 13B

turbo

engine.  Is there any reason that the newer engine would be a better

choice

for an aircraft powerplant?  Thanks in advance for your replies.  Paul

Hi, Charlie....I found out the REAL info on the Mazda. Turns out it is a
1988 that was paid off by the insurance company. It has not run in 6 years.
He wants $1000.00.   Sounds like a lot more trouble than it's worth, and not
