Try NGK B9EV B9EGV  Gold Iridium or B9EVX Platinum. These are thin wire

center electrode, last 50 to 100hrs on 130 Leaded fuel. B10 are colder for
trailing.
If the wire burns away they still keep going.

Ian, I'll try a set of these next time around. If they don't foul with
lead, then problem solved!

Seems like different plug designs would be more or less susceptible to
lead, but I know nothing of the reasons behind the design of different
spark plugs and their applications.
