Put a thermocouple on the fuel rail in the engine, then put an undrilled rail in a toaster oven
with thermocouple, set for same temp?

yah, anyone dumb enough to try this indoors deserves full credit.
Right up there with deep frying turkeys in the garage or under the carport, now #1 cause of fires
and burn injuries on holidays.
