These blocks do not come together when tight so that there could

be some distortion in the hole

causing more than usual friction.

Peter No one responded to your query....So "in the for whats it's worth
catagory"
 How abt turning the 1/4 inch bolts around so the nuts
are accessable ...Ya I know heads forward and up ETC ETC..
Makes more sense to correctly torque the bolt than follow that practice.
Additional goody... The heads provide more clearance from the cowl
than the nut, washer and the two threads. I  have a warp three blade

with

spinner and very little clearance to the cowling.
