I'd recommend against anodizing any type of radiator.  IIRC, anodizing

adds a relatively thick layer

of aluminum oxide.  Aluminum oxide is a much poorer heat conductor than

bare aluminum, even allowing

for the spontaneous layer of oxide that occurs when bare aluminum is

exposed to air.  I don't think

that this is a significant contributor to the problem in Perry's system,

but I could be wrong.

I think Perry meant to say it was "Alodined" rather than anodized. It is a
chemical conversion coating, rather than the electrochemical 'anodization'
process.
