Have you measured the pressure in the block and on the other side
of the restrictor?

Some of you people flying have water pressure gages.
Where are the gages tapped in and what are you seeing in the
way of pressures?

I drilled and tapped a hole in the top front (bell housing end) of the

engine for the pressure gauge. Max reading at 6500 RPM hot engine, low
altitude 16 PSI. The pressure cap on the remote bottle is 10 PSI. No
thermostat. Changes with RPM but not by much. Rads in parallel.
