.680 -.500 = 180 thousanths :) A few? :) A bit crude isn't it Kevin?

Paul, not a plumber are you? :-) 1/2" = ID in pipe. Still crude just not
quite
as bad as you might think. Bill Jepson
My mistake. I stand corrected. I thought that applied only to cast
iron and pvc pipe. In that case Kevin I apologize and take it all back.
Damn good idea. I'll have to mic the OD on 1/2 inch copper pipe.
I tried 5/8 (.625) bolts and they were kind of sloppy.
What is the OD of 1/2 inch PVC pipe?

considering that the injector has a sort of swivel fit off the fuel rail and
rides between several sets of rubber bushings I don't think that my fit will
be compromised all that much. I found an old 5/8" spade bit and hit it on
the grinder a few times to change the OD to get a real good hole size for
the pipe in the wood jig.

What is the OD of that copper pipe. Good idea to find some sort
of pipe that is just the right size. PVC perhaps or aluminum pipe.
The jig problem will not go away. I was considering machining up
a bunch of slugs and distributing them along with the injector
holders.
