BTW you were right my original was too heavy!

Not bad if it truly comes out at that weight. 

BTW people the subject of inspection holes has come up in the past. If you want
inspection or cooling  holes it is easy to use a 3 or 4 inch hole saw and cut
them your self. It is hard to cast them in.
