Have a look at the stiffeners and tell me it they look at bit big at the corner - from face to arch. The start at 10mm at the
centre of the face , go to 19 or 20 at the corner and then to 30 at the arch face

Now on the stiffeners at the bottom - do you wish these to  carry around the bottom flat area or finish at the face.

Those stiffeners finishing at the face should they have a curved edge as compared to an abrupt square edge - I'd prefer the
curved finish for aesthetics but don't know about the best approach for stress transfer.

Looking good George. Carry them around the bottom flat face where possible.
The square edge will mate nicely with Tracy's psru. You will need maybe a 
5 mm radius just so it pulls from the sand cleanly. When assembled it will look great.
You are a pretty good pattern maker.
