welding shop.  The welding shop told me to try the sheet metal shops.
Haven't done that yet, but maybe someone here has had

some experience

with this - and a solution.  Suggestions appreciated.

Al the final suggestion was the correct one. Sheet metal shops are the ones with the beading tools.
The only problem you will have is if your tubing is too small.
