George your damper design looks too complicated.

All you need are a 10 mm ID titanium spacer in the center of the rubber
bushing and a large washer to capture the rubber.
Don't scale my sketch! You will have to beef up the auto tx flex
plate where the 10 mm cantilevered titanium bolt is attached.

A short piece of 50 mm dia 4130  1.25 mm wall steel tube on the outside of the bushing
welded to the 4130 output disk. Keep the over all diameter of the device 
as low as possible as the centrifugal loads are high at high RPM. 
Tracy had one blow up when the guy ran the engine with no prop and 
it buzzed well over 9000 RPM. Good idea to use titanium hardware
as that will reduce the mass and the centrifugal force on the 10
mm cantilevered titanium bolts.
