This comment prompted me to pass this info on.
A number of years ago, a friend had a shop fire, and lost everything.
Among the debris was his Oxy-Fuel welding set.
Although the cause determination appeared to be somewhat ambiguous,
his gauge setup was a cheap import, and not UL approved.
For this reason, his insurance refused to pay, and he went out of business.
Caveat Emptor!
