We agree with Paul, our reply went out after we had gotten the last

message off

our server, and no one had claimed the torch at that time, however

shortly

thereafter we did get new messages, and two people had responded before

us.

Didn't get any message for a third person though.
So whoever responded first should get it.  We certainly would love to

have it,

but the first reply should get it.

I second the notion of timestamp order priority. If I was second, then
