Jim, there are a lot of things to worry about in this world, I dont
believe
brain damage is one unless you decide to take a bath
in the stuff rather then using soap!
You can use laquer thinner if you wish.

Brain, nerve and liver damage from such fumes is very real though.  In
my world we call it "chemical stress".

Best example so far was my patient who fell into a vat of Roundup.
