Get yourself an Aircraft Spruce catalog. They have some good books
on composite construction.

BTW a Mazda two rotor is a bit heavy for a VariEze.

That Mazda single rotor weight does not include PSRU or accessories. You are looking
at close to 200 pounds without cooling system.
