I have street ported the engine (IO 25 ATDC and IC 60 ABDC) vice the
stock
IO 32 IC 40 and I do have the engine leaned back to where the LED is off
the
lean end of the scale, but not to the point where it would run rough.

More evidence you are down on max power Perry. Ed can richen his up for
take off and max power.

I agree with Paul, Perry. From what you report on your instruments and AF
LED as well as spark plugs, I think your could produce quite a bit more
power with more fuel. The auto CPU is apparently doing a good job of
keeping it around 14.7 (or leaner) even without an O2 sensor. If you could
fake it into believing it needed to increase the fuel injected, I think you
would be amazed at the power increase when you are flowing 16 GPH during
take off or 12 GPH in flight. Fuel = Power (or something like that)
