[Interesting!  Hal Shevers (aka Sporty of Sportys fame) petitioned for
that several years ago, and was denied.  When sending URLs, be SURE to
get the whole thing!  You cut and pasted the part that showed in your
browser's address bar, I take it... there were about another 20
characters BEYOND the window you saw.  But, I did a search at FAA.gov
and found it.  Thanks for the point out!
