My guess is less than about $20 US. These water pumps parcel post
are costing less than $10. the bel housing may be too large for
parcel post.
UPS ground would be about $30 US my guess.

I've been using Fedex Ground for any packages over about 2 or 3
pounds...they're often far cheaper than UPS, or USPS, even parcel post!  And
they get there in 2-4 days, and insurance to $100 is included in the price!

A 22 pound package I recently sent to the left coast that would have cost me
$27 to ship by parcel post was only $15 and change by FedEx ground.  The
recipient sent me an email that he had received it four days later.

The best bet is to check out your package on FedEx web site, the UPS and the
USPS before you decide.

Hey Paul get your wife to ship those items for you! Her Airline discount 
will get you 75% off second day air. Very reasonable. I shipped 75 lbs 
up to washington state for $15. It's the only way to go. no limit just 
restrictions on hours to send.
