First problem.
This problem jumped out at me when I just accessed the web site.

When they calculated the CG by NOT including the 8# starter and the 30#

prop

the CG on the engine is further forward (pusher) than it is in a real
installation. This erroneously made the the four mount system that they
use look better than it really is. Very clever or dumb depending
on how much credence to their motivation you give them. The real
engine CG is further aft in a pusher installation. About where the
rear housing is located. Honest mistake? Perhaps!

One other point of interest, it that there is also no alternator or belts on
the opposite end of the engine (opposite the starter and prop).  I would
suspect that putting the alternator and belts on, that might help to
partially offset the weight ot the starter?   Of course, it's hard to figure
prop, as there are so many variations.  Just an observation.   Paul Conner

The 30 pound prop weight will have the major affect as it's CG is at least 14 inches aft
of the rear end housing and about 20 inches aft of the center of the engine.
The eight pound alternator CG is probably only five or six inches forward
of the center of the engine. The starter will have a larger effect than
the alternator.
